I'm considering making a new website-- but the problem is i have no idea what to make it on; or how to structure it... any ideas?

Stocks dropped almost 400 points (DJIA) yesterday, and today, despite a strong start, stocks were down again about 65 points. I think we are in the midst of a recession - and I hate to say it, but with the amount of expansion that has taken place to finance the war and keep the housing bubble going, it could be a relatively painful one.

The real question, though, is Bernanke going to make things worse trying to stall the recession by "infusing credit" again? -or- What amounts to the same thing, will he take a helicopter ride and drop bags of money on the economy?

I remember when i was on my cruise to Alaska, we sat next to this couple from a dry county (where alcohol is not aloud). They were from somewhere is Missouri. Needless to say they were Christians, and places that are 'dry county's' are usually only dry because of religion. Anyways, Check this out! I found this on Wikipedia and thought it was hilarious ;)

However, prohibiting alcohol sales may actually reduce public safety. Research has found that dry counties have higher proportions of alcohol-related traffic crashes than do wet counties. A study of Kentucky suggested that residents of dry counties have to drive farther from their homes to consume alcohol, thus increasing impaired driving exposure. [2] A study of Arkansas noted that wet and dry counties are often adjacent and that alcohol beverage sales outlets are often located immediately across county or even state lines. [3] Other researchers have pointed to the same phenomenon. Winn and Giacopassi observed that residents of wet counties most likely have "shorter distances [to travel] between home and drinking establishments." [4] From their study, Schulte and colleagues concluded that in dry counties "individuals are driving farther under the influence of alcohol, thus increasing their exposure to crashes."

Its funny how dry countys have more wrecks and accidents cause of alcohol then wet ones!.

I haven't power for 2 days now at home which kinda sucks; but, its commonplace when you live out where i do-- especially during a storm. Right now im at the office in santa rosa killing some time while my sister checks her email and things hehe.

It kinda sucks; but, we are on the bottom of the list (the last people bascially) to have the power restored since there isnt really anything important in our area, and only a few scattered houses. Im hoping it will come back on today or at the very latest tomarrow so that i can get some gaming time in before the work week starts again :).

I like normal Sake somewhat (its decent but not great) ; but, i went to sushi the other day with some friends and had some unfiltered Sake and its awesome. Instead of being clear, it looks somewhat like coconut milk and is pretty sweet with really good flavor. Ive only had one brand of it; but, the general japanese term for it (or so i understand) is called Nigori *Wiki* )

I recomend that the next time you goto sushi, that you guys should give it a try-- its definitely a nice drink in my opinion.
